Hmmm, oh yes... the phantom engagement.
It has come to my attention that "the word on the street" in Canyon is that I'm engaged. Yes, I am the Birdman's chick (pun intended) but that does not automatically mean that we are engaged!! Good lord people, mind your own business! If we were engaged, I would let you know myself... or some of you, at least. (evil grin here) Just because everyone I know is getting married, does not mean that I have the fever as well. I do love him very, very much but... just not ready for that yet, neither of us are. Anyway all I'm tryin' to say is... it ain't true!

I am officially a cripple now. As some of you may know, I had a disagreement with a very disagreeable horse and twisted an ankle severely, stretching tendons. So with a brace, I can hobble and without I am a klutz as usual.

Birdman was very pleased with his gifty. I am having a display case built for his hoods. With the ingeniousness, craftiness, and ambition of my roommate and her boyfriend, it will be magnificent!!! Yea! He really liked the prototype and with a few details ironed out, it's gonna be greeeeat! I'm almost as excited as he is... hee, hee, hee!

BTW, does anyone know what happened to Greg? I heard he was getting married and then he dropped off the face of the Earth!! We miss you, Greg! Come say hi sometime!

Over and out.
